please note that you are responsible for following tracking updates to ensure that you will be home to sign for your wine. any returned packages will be subject to additional shipping fees at your expense.

in the event of adverse temperatures in your area, we reserve the right to hold your wine until conditions are more friendly to shipping. if this occurs, we will promptly contact you to discuss your options.
